Valentina Zarya is an associate editor for the Most Powerful Women channel at Fortune Magazine, where she covers news that matters to professional women. Her areas of interest include female entrepreneurs and women in VC, gender equality in the workplace, and the women of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women list. She also co-writes The Broadsheet, Fortune’s daily newsletter for and about women in business. Prior to Fortune, Valentina was a woman in business herself, first as a consultant for Prophet Brand Strategy, and later as an intelligence associate at advisory firm Teneo.
Valentina holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
