Natalie Horton is the Global Chief Operating Officer of the Synthetic Equities business at Deutsche Bank. In this role she oversees the strategy and daily operations for the delta one trading businesses across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
Prior to becoming COO, Natalie was the North American Head of Synthetic Equity, where she built the US client facing delta one index trading platform.
Natalie joined the Equity Derivatives desk at Deutsche Bank in 2002 where she ran a volatility arbitrage book as well as the financials and technology equity options books. Natalie then joined the exotics trading desk to build out the client facing US Index and single stock variance swap business.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Natalie was at Morgan Stanley for eight years, where she traded the financials and energy equity options book as well as traded sector index options.
Natalie has a BA in Economics from New York University.
