Mayra Sacco Portrait

Mayra Sacco is a Managing Director and Business Manager of Government Solutions in BNY Mellon’s Corporate Trust Division.  She is responsible for the administration of the various government programs (i.e. TARP, TALF, Maiden Lane, PPIP, SAF) that were established as part of the U.S. Treasury’s Economic Stability Act in 2008 as well as a number of other large Federal Government Programs.  She manages a team comprised of Relationship Management, Client Service and Reporting and Analytics specialists.

Mayra has more than 30 years of securities industry experience.  Prior to her current role, she managed a team providing administrative services to a number of funding vehicles in the Structured Finance Group.  Prior to this, she also led a team of consultants and technical specialists who provided consultative technology solutions to its most valued and complex franchise clients.  She joined BNY Mellon in 1995 as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Mutual Funds group, and then went on to head a relationship management team covering Financial Institutions with over 250 companies and more than $1 trillion in assets.

Mayra earned a B.S. in Finance from New York University.  She is a member of BNY Mellon’s Women’s Initiative Network, serving on its Executive Committee.  Mayra is also a member of the Women’s Bond Club of New York since 2005, and in 2009 joined the Board and is currently Secretary and Community Outreach Committee Co-chair.  She is also a member of United Way’s Women Leadership Council.
