John Hoffman Portrait

John S. Hoffman is the President of Designed Performance, a management consulting and training organization specializing in the research, design, and implementation of sales, negotiation, and  management training programs. He holds a BA degree from Manhattan College, an MA degree from Kean University and executive certifications in Negotiation, Advanced Negotiations, and Strategies for Conflict Management from the University of Notre Dame. He is also an author, keynote speaker, and Adjunct Professor at the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, where he designed the first undergraduate and graduate level courses in Professional Selling. He has conducted custom designed negotiation, sales and leadership training seminars for Fortune 500 companies globally.

John recently launched the program, WomeNegotiate, which has been designed to assist women in having greater success in their negotiations. Over the past 5 years, John has worked extensively with women’s groups including The Women’s Networks at Brown Brothers Harriman, JPMorgan Chase, Elsevier Inc., ING, The Women’s Professional Organization (WPO), The Fletcher School of Tufts University, and The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).
