Jen is a seasoned executive with 22 years of experience in the human capital area of the financial services industry.
She is currently a Partner and the Chief Human Resources Officer at AQR Capital Management, a $226 billion global investment management firm. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy and operations of the firm’s human capital agenda including recruiting, talent development, advisory services, compensation and people analytics.
Prior to joining AQR, Jen was a Managing Director and an Executive Coach at CRA Consulting where she provided coaching and counsel to senior leaders primarily in financial services.
Previously, Jen spent 14 years in human resources at Credit Suisse, most recently as the Global Head of Human Resources for the Investment Bank and the Asset Management divisions.
Jen obtained her M.A. in organizational psychology from Columbia University and her B.A. in psychology from the University of Virginia.
Jen lives in Pelham Manor, Westchester with her husband and two children.
