Jane Sadowsky advised power and utility companies globally as a Wall Street investment banker for over 20 years before retiring in 2011.  She currently serves as an Independent Director for Yamana Gold Inc. and Nexa Resources, both NYSE/TSX listed companies, is on the board of PE-backed Scientific Games, a Trustee of Art Omi, and on the board of NACD’s NY Chapter.  She previously served on the Boards of Petrofac, PLH Group and the NY ISO.  Ms. Sadowsky earned her leadership coaching qualifications from Columbia in 2014 and works with select C-suite members, senior executives and partners at major global professional services firms.

In August 2018, Ms. Sadowsky joined Moelis & Company as Head of Diversity & Inclusion.  Previously, she was a Senior Managing Director and ran Evercore Partner’s Power & Utility M&A practice.  She joined Evercore after six years at Citigroup’s Investment Bank where she was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the North America Power & Utility group.  Prior to joining Citigroup, Ms. Sadowsky worked as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Ms. Sadowsky has been a guest speaker and panel leader at numerous academic and professional venues and has guest lectured at Princeton, UPenn, Tulane and Rutgers.  Since 2018, she has taught board dynamics at NACD Master Classes throughout the United States, and in 2019, interviewed Sally Yates at the NACD Summit.  Ms. Sadowsky has an MBA from Wharton and a BA from UPenn.  She maintains her securities licenses (7, 63, 24 and 79) and holds a certificate in leadership coaching from Columbia University.

Ms. Sadowsky lives in NYC and maintains a home in the Hudson Valley.  She is an avid hiker and traveler, a supporter of the arts and a voracious reader.  She is a lifelong, devoted Boston sports fan.
