Mr. Wechsler counsels executives in the financial services industry, as well as in other businesses such as fashion/apparel, media/entertainment, publishing, and travel. He also represents several organizations, including many firms formed by the people he assisted when they left their prior employers. In addition, he is respected by the financial institutions and their counsel he has met across the table for decades as well as arbitrators and mediators that focus on employment law matters.
Mr. Wechsler’s depth of experience includes drafting/negotiating senior executive employment contracts, operating and separation agreements, as well as company policies and manuals. He regularly litigates actions concerning the enforceability of restrictive covenants, and disputes involving compensation, severance, defamation, discrimination, unlawful and/or constructive termination, and retaliation.
