Stella Lagudis Portrait

Stella Lagudis is responsible for facilitating cross-selling across BNY Mellon by developing and implementing targeted campaigns and strategic sales initiatives across the company’s products and services worldwide. Her responsibilities include creating strategies that help to position BNY Mellon’s capabilities to meet the complex needs of clients and prospects, as well as advising various business partners on how to effectively deliver the entirety of BNY Mellon. She joined The Bank of New York in March 2002 as Head of Marketing, Business Origination, and Relationship Management for the company’s investment operations outsourcing business.

Prior to joining The Bank of New York, Stella was a Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer at Smith Barney Capital Management (now part of Legg Mason Asset Management), and Group Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank, N.V.

From 1982–1994, Stella held various leadership positions at J.P. Morgan; including serving as Vice President and Group Executive responsible for U.S. mutual funds. Stella graduated from Brooklyn College and is a member of the Women’s Bond Club of New York. Stella is also a founder and executive committee member of BNY Mellon’s Women’s Initiatives Network (WIN) and serves as Chair of the WIN Mentoring Initiative.
