Stacey Meshnick worked as a case worker in several New York City nursing homes where she was inspired to enter the field of elder law. She joined Ronald Fatoullah & Associates in 1996, after graduating New York School of Law. She received a B.A. in Psychology from NYU in 1988. She attended NY Law School from 1993 to 1996, earning her JD in 1996.
As supervisor of the Medicaid department at the firm, attorney Meshnick oversees the paralegals at the firm and assists clients with various aspects of long-term care planning, estate planning, preparation of wills & trusts, advance directives and guardianships.
Stacey is highly regarded for her contributions to the field of strategic Medicaid planning and is also known as a zealous advocate for her clients.
She lectures to senior citizen organizations, nursing home employees, geriatric care managers and the public on senior citizen and aging issues.
