Mindy Propper helps youth focused organizations increase their impact by helping them build and strengthen their capacity. Mindy transitioned into the nonprofit sector after 2 decades as a Principal and Senior Vice President at KPMG Consulting (BearingPoint) where she worked with global financial institutions including GE Capital, Chase and DeutscheBank formulating and implementing new service offerings, global operating systems and post merger business integrations.

Transitioning into the nonprofit sector, Mindy first served as Chief Operating Officer for The LEAGUE (now part of Points of Light). She subsequently joined the KIPP Foundation to lead a team providing seamless support to the network’s schools enabling rapid and sustainable growth.  Additionally, Mindy serves as the Finance Chair on the Board of People’s Preparatory Charter School in Newark, NJ.

In 2011 Mindy launched the ANTARES Group, a boutique-consulting firm that helps mission driven organizations build practical solutions in order to achieve aspirational goals. The group supports clients in creating actionable strategic plans, developing governance and organization structures as well as building capacity by leveraging technology and effective process design. Several of the ANTARES Group’s clients include the Camden City School District, Newark Public Schools and the Institute of Ethical Leadership at Rutgers University.

Mindy holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Fordham University and earned her BA in Economics and Drama from Franklin and Marshall College.
