Lynn Zuckerman Gray is the Founder and CEO of Campus Scout, LLC, which provides strategic campus-recruiting services for corporations and Transition and Career Coaching for Millennials. For more than eleven years, Lynn was with Lehman Brothers/Barclays serving until 2008 as Global Chief Administrative Officer of its Real Estate Group. Lynn has a long history in financial services, initially as an Attorney, then as a banker with Integrated Resources, LaSalle Partners, Artemis Capital, and DLJ. Before joining Lehman, Lynn was with Capital Lease Funding, a niche commercial mortgage boutique.
Lynn has a B.S from Tufts University and a J.D. from the Cornell Law School. For many years she has been member of the Advisory Board of the Cornell Program in Real Estate where she chairs the Career Services Subcommittee. Lynn is a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the NYU Graduate Program in Leadership and Human Capital Management and the Fordham College of Business Administration where she teaches courses in Succession Planning, Leadership and Change Management, Managing Millennials and Advanced Employee Recruitment, Selection and Retention. She is a frequent speaker and writer on real estate, finance, career development, entrepreneurship and diversity topics.
