Lisa Dallmer, a seasoned Financial Services executive, most recently served as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer of BlackRock’s Global Technology and Operations Group from 2014 to February 2018.  Her focus included operating model strategy delivering enterprise value, strategic business planning, operational risk and control, and driving tech-enabled process reengineering.  Ms. Dallmer worked across the organization addressing worldwide operations across all asset classes and geographies.  Ms. Dallmer served on the Global Operating Committee and Technology & Operations Executive Committee.  As a global thought leader for Inclusion and Diversity, Ms. Dallmer required diverse slates for every open role, a policy later adopted firm-wide; and established BlackRock’s Girls Who Code partnership.

Ms. Dallmer joined BlackRock in 2014 from NYSE Euronext (Paris) as COO and Executive Vice President for European Markets where she led a $650M portfolio of revenue and the pan-European consolidation of market services for European trade operations and technology.  Recognized in 2011 and 2013 by Financial News in the “100 Most Influential Women for European Financial Services”.  From 2006 to 2010, she was head of Global Exchange Traded Products, ETFs and Indices, leading the integration of the product teams and business model transformation following the NYSE, Euronext, Archipelago and Amex mergers.

Ms. Dallmer served on the board of the Women’s Bond Club from 2003-2007 and as Co-President 2007-2009.  Ms. Dallmer holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Miami University, in addition to a year at the London School of Economics.
