She leads the firm’s Global CEO Succession Practice and regularly serves Fortune 500 clients and high-growth companies on CEO and board succession, leadership development, recruitment, top team effectiveness, and innovation leadership issues. She has been acknowledged by BusinessWeek as one of the “100 Most Influential Search Consultants in the World.”

A thought leader on governance and innovation, Jane has appeared in numerous media outlets globally including BusinessWeek, Fortune, Bloomberg, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal, Innovation Excellence, Leader’s Edge, and Strategy+Business. Jane co-authored the best-selling business book, Breaking Away: How Great Leaders Create Innovation that Drives Sustainable Growth—And Why Others Fail (McGraw Hill 2011), which is now available in the USA, Canada, The United Kingdom, Turkey, and China, and will soon be expanding to Latin America. She is a recent recipient of the prestigious Maurice Holland Award for her writing on innovation and was the 2014 recipient of the Lester Korn Broadening the Conversation Founder’s Award at Korn Ferry.

Jane is a Trustee on the Board of the Committee for Economic Development (CED), where she serves as a member of the Policy & Impact Committee.
