Glory DeSimone is the Global Head of Human Resources of Brown Brothers Harriman, located in New York. In this role, Glory is responsible for the Firm’s human capital strategy, leading the establishment, promotion and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and best practices. Prior to her current position, Glory headed a Human Capital consulting practice for four years, partnering with business executives and Human Resources leaders to enhance individual and team performance. She has extensive experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, strategic staffing, talent strategy and succession planning, team-building and coaching.

Prior to founding her consulting firm, Glory was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, holding key HR leadership roles in Investment Banking and Corporate HR functions. Her corporate career at JPMC spanned over 25 years, during which time she led major HR integration efforts for global capital markets divisions after the mergers of Manufacturers Hanover/Chemical banks in 1992, Chemical/Chase and Chase/JP Morgan banks in 1995, as well as HR policy integration company-wide following the merger of JPMorgan Chase and BankOne in 2001. In these capacities, she has successfully partnered with senior leaders in addressing management and organizational challenges, helping them to maximize the performance of their teams and develop their bench strength.

Glory holds an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Douglass College and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
