Fran Tutone Kapner is an Executive Director and Senior Treasury Sales Manager in J.P. Morgan’s Corporate and Investment Bank, Treasury Services Insurance and Healthcare Segment. Fran provides consultative international treasury, cash management, payables/receivables, commercial card, foreign exchange and shared services solutions to complex franchise, multinational insurance clients. Formerly, Fran was a Senior Client Coverage Officer for J.P. Morgan’s Worldwide Securities Services group managing full service global custody clients.
Fran has over twenty-five years’ experience managing large institutional clients in the treasury solutions, asset servicing, global custody and investment manager outsourcing space. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Fran held several management positions at The Bank of New York. Her assignments included direct client management, consultative selling, strategic systems planning, vendor management, as well as leading relationship management teams. Fran has broad experience implementing complex solutions for franchise clients, including insurance companies, asset managers, pension plans, states and municipalities, and banks.
Fran is an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion in the Financial Services industry. Fran is on the Boards of Directors of the YWCA of New York City. Fran has served on the Executive Steering Committee and as Co-Chair of J.P. Morgan Treasury Services’ Women’s Network, Career Development Business Resource Group. Fran served as Co-President of the Women’s Bond Club, and on its Board of Directors from 2008 through 2013; additionally, she acted as Co-Chair of the Club’s Membership and Corporate Outreach Committee. Fran lives in Montclair, New Jersey, with her husband Jerry.
