Amy Margolis Portrait

Amy Margolis was most recently at Credit Suisse where she was a part of the Advanced Prime Services Consulting Team. Her primary focus was the talent and human capital practice. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, she spent 28 years at Merrill Lynch where she was Managing Director, Head of Talent & Human Resources Consulting for Merrill Lynch’s Global Markets Financing & Services. In this role, she served as a senior consulting resource to Merrill Lynch’s clients on a wide range of talent issues, including recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits.

During her tenure at Merrill, Ms. Margolis held a variety of senior roles, including Head of Human Resources for the Global Equity division, where she served as a valuable partner to the equities management team. In addition, she was Head of Human Resources for Institutional Sales. She also played an instrumental role in further developing the Global Markets and Investment Banking Lateral Recruiting program. Prior to that, she served as business manager for fixed income, which included repurchase agreements, governments and Merrill Lynch’s foreign exchange business. Ms. Margolis joined Merrill Lynch Campus Recruiting and Training in 1981 and shortly thereafter went onto lead the Global Markets and Investment Banking Campus Recruitment and Training initiative.

Dedicated to serving the community, Ms. Margolis was previously President of the Board of Trustees for the Susan G. Komen Foundation of New Jersey. She was their 2008 honoree for the annual Pink Tie Ball. She graduated from the University of Hartford where she obtained a BS in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences. She is married to Scott and has a son Jonathan.
