Session A: Broadening Your Leadership Style to Influence Others and Drive Results Admired leaders have a broad leadership style that can be flexed depending on the needs of the situation. What can you do to adjust your style to expand your influence and impact results? In this session, Jen will share specific behaviors that you can put into practice immediately to garner support for your ideas, build your credibility, and develop alliances to extend your reach. We will explore together how a variety of power markers and nonverbal and verbal behaviors can help you lead more effectively. Come away with valuable techniques to gain followership and best position yourself for ongoing success. |

Session B: Having the Courage and Confidence To Make Meaningful Change Are you ready to gain some tools to move you out of a “stuck zone”? Every one of us would like to change something in our personal or professional life that will make us happier, more effective, or able to contribute at our highest level. Often we know what we need to do to make progress, yet there is something keeping us from moving forward. Too busy, not the right time, not ready enough, or fear of moving beyond a comfort zone. We may question our abilities or worry about what others think…and yet another day, month, year goes by. This workshop will teach you how you can proactively and intentionally break an unproductive cycle. Through a series of short exercises, you will leave this year’s Forum equipped with new tools and techniques to lead you towards your ultimate vision. Jen will provide individual guidance to help you craft your own personal action plan that addresses the goals most important to you. Choose Courage and make 2019 the year you choose to move from contemplation to action. |
